We Are Closed Again 🙁
Due to the current situation in London we have sadly decided to close once more. We hope to open as soon as we can, and look forward to welcoming you our lovely place.
If you’re here simply window shopping for future holidays please have a look around our website and email us if you have any questions.
Stay safe, and see you on the other side

Attached a picture of my room and also of the living room downstairs.
Only downside is that the first 2 nights they were no hot water to shower.
Would come back. 🙂 read less

I have stayed in this hotel twice now and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff are so friendly and there is 24 assistance should you need it.

My husband booked a family room which was tiny, the size of a normal hotel room for 5 people and on the THIRD floor with no lift... that's my only criticism... hubby is another matter!

The hotel offers basic accommodation. This means shared toilet facilities. It's an old Georgian building, so poky hallways and etc common to the era, but it's the cleanest hotel we stayed in our whole 5 week trip and that includes the shared bathrooms!
The temperature was high at the time of our visit and air circulation was poor, with our window opening onto an alcove to the rear of the building and no air con. Staff were lovely and eager to help with all issues, providing a fan when asked. The hotel requires you to ring a buzzer to be admitted to the hotel providing extra security. There was a breakfast arrangement (10% off) with a cafe beneath the hotel and that cafe has wonderful coffee, excellent food and a friendly staff.. evidenced by it's many non hotel patrons.
The hotel is convenient to tube stations and trains and not far from shopping, small supermarkets and many cafes and restaurants. It deserves more than the one star rating it has, people just need to be aware of what is on offer. More read less

Old, cosy and creaking hotel, with the most friendly staff. Even 5 in the morning, Kamil makes You feel like you’re the most important person in the World.
The hotel has a perfect lokation for getting around London by undergrund or by foot.

I always use this hotel, its clean, staff friendly, great location for the Galleries I frequent. Coming back soon! Russel Square tube is only a few minutes away. British Museum within 5 minutes. Major Sites only 3-4 Tube stops.
